soo i plan on doign ls vtec in my integra.. wat are some of da setups yall used out there? i want some opinion on parts also wat kind of lsvtec kit should i get and wat not

also wat are all da parts imma need for an lsvtec motor

 

tons of parts its a long process if ur on a budget just google some ls/vtec builds and start there theres too much to type

 

Ls/vtec can go both ways, good or bad. IF you have the money, i would build both bottom and head. Ls/vtec can go bad if not built properly or if somethings were hald-assed on.

I would recommend building the bottom end.

i've had my ls/vtec (gsr head) for about 2 years now going strong, daily driven. about 20k miles on the built. do it right the first time and your engine will thank you.

 

sorry if im stealing your post, but does building your LS block suddenly make your LS block rev happy?

LS/VTEC use the best of both worlds the high flow of b16a/b18c head and the long stroke more torque from the LS. That answer your question, pure math.
