ls/vtec question...

what is the best head to use in an ls/vtec conversion on a b18a block? i've been told by different people all different types, b16a, b17, b18c.. i have no idea. does it matter or do some heads provide better power or stability for the motor?

Search , this topic has been discussed many times , IMO the b16 , it flows the best

I agree on searching, and I would also choose the B16A head.
