Default Ls Vtec, CAI problem help

I have a b16Ajdm head from a 92-95 integra XSI. I also have a b18b1 block. aka lsvtec"frankenstein" I am pretty sure that a let's say AEM short ram intake will fit but will a AEM V2 or regular AEM CAI fit. the arrangment of the intake manifold must be off a little I am assuming.
Also are there bypass vavles avaiable for AEM V2 CAI? I am too afraid to have a CAI without a bypass valve.
any solutions?
thanks for your replies and expert advice.

dont waste your money on that aem v2 cyclone terminator crap! the best intake is your stock one. why? because its made out of plastic and plastic doesnt get hot. if you got the intake for free then dont listen to what i said

Make your own CAI using plastic pipe from home depot. It will cost you 20 bucks (or less)
