What else is done to the motor?
What does not running right mean?
Sounds like you need to check the CEL first, check it then get back to us and let us know what it is.

Well a stock p28 isn't gonna throw a code for knock sensor cuz the d16z6 motor that it goes to doesn't have one. its prob something else but i cant really help you. But either way you are gonna have to chip the ecu cuz the stock map is gonna run lean since its for a 1.6 sohc motor and the timing maps are gonna be way off too... Plus a stock p28 is only gonna let you rev to 7200... Id just have it chipped and tune it on crome.
