LS Vtec?

Can someone tell me what the LS vtec consists of? I need a vtec head and ecu and im having a hard time finding them. Any suggestions? Need a little input.

goto http://www.g2ic.com under teg tips/engine you will find step by step instructions on how to do an ls/vtec conversion and what you will need. They even tell you what you should expect to pay for parts.
