Default ls-vtec

wat is the best setup on everything to make the most power from a ls/vtec with a gsr head???? any info would help......im lookin to make more power than 200 to the wheels any idea's to reach that

try 11.3 or higher compression
maybe a mild port and polish
skunk2 stg2 or buddy club spec3+ or Rocket m22 cams and mathching valvetrain
jdm itr 4-1 header
good flowing exhaust
3 in intake "j's fake"
that sould get u there if not a lil higher that 200whp
