I just raced my (95LS, intake) friend in his '94EX(i/h/e) and barely beat him. We raced when I first got my car, and I had an intake, but I beat him by like a car lenth and a half. He had the same stuff on his car then. The only difference this time was that I had my g/f in the car (wow 110lbs) and he had his cat hollowed out. I was wondering, how much hp could hollowing out you cat add?

hollowing a cat might give you 2 HP....I think it was the weight difference...

 

DOHC vs. Sohc..........if you cant beat him my 2-3 car lengths, it must be you. JUST THE DRIVER....not the car. i dont care if its ex vtec, those motor need to be thrown away. SOHC

 

the gutted cat wont do much. you should have smoked him like last time. either you got a fat a$$ girlfriend or you didnt drive your car right.

Yea man there right. i have a GS and my best friend with an SI barely takes me. im taking about feet. my front bumper is at his door. i just have an intake and headers. so does he.

A little OT, but that's all you made with a turbo @ 7PSI??! You using the GReddy kit? My friend just bolted on a FMAX turbo kit to his LS and made 225WHP.
