Default ls- DC header

I put a DC sports 2-piece header on my 96 ls, I also have a Neuspeed lower
tie bar. The gap between the downpipe and bar is about 1/4".

When I start out in 1st, the header vibrates a little and it hits the bar...the sound isn't terrible, more annoying than anything, and it can't be good for the header.

I have tried loosening the bar on both ends, have someone pull down on the bar as I tighten each end with the hopes of keeping a wide enough gap between the two. The bar just rides up as we tighten it......

Any ideas of what I can do? Is there anything I can put in between?

Seems like a little increase on the high end....nothing major. I got them for $60 so I can't complain.

Wow you got DC headers for $60. Either that was an awesome deal or you fell in the e-bay trap. E-bay sells DC-S headers for $70 and those are definately not the $225 true DC ceramic headers. Anyway, I hope they work well for you in any case!

noy trying to be a bit@h but it just gets on my nerves. Integras do not have "headers" We only have one. If it was a V-6 or V-8 or V something we would have headers but we only have a header.

Thank you
No disrespect
