You're looking at $1,500 minimum for a built head, stock internals and some rod bolts with an LSVTEC.

The head is where most of the power is made on N/A.. parts and labor for just a semi-built block is $1500+ at least.

No matter what you decide, ur gunna spend the cash, man, hate to tell u. A B18 blocks a nice bottom end. P72 GSR pistons are great, Type Rs are better. For an N/A setup you shouldnt have to do anything to the block itself, upgrade-wise, but the higher compression u can get the better, depending on the rest of ur setup.

The guys above are right tho. Ur main power will come from the headwork, and money will be right around $1500 - $2500 depending. Ur looking at new (upgraded) ported and polished head, valves, springs, retainers, seals, camshafts and some other things. Portflow out of SoCal has a few great setups for hondas on a budget- and yes.. there are some that are more expensive. Hope this helps a bit, bro and GL with ur build!
