ls=gsr headers same
If you're GSR is a 00-01 model then you can but otherwise, no unless you extend your cat or b-pipe of your exhaust. The header for the LS is longer than the GSR.
You can't use the AEM intake either because of the differences in intake manifold.
If you do a search, you'll find several threads on this.

The header flanges are the same, it will bolt up. I just installed my LS DC 4-1 header on my friends GSR so here is what you need to do. You are looking to put a GSR header on an LS so you have to take the heatshield off the cat and cut the front flange off, then weld an extender pipe in between with a O2 sensor bung and rotate the flange about 80 degrees clockwise so it will bolt up to the header.
Basically there are two things to be concerned with, reclocating the O2 sensor to the newly added extension and turning the flange so it will bolt up.
As for the AEM intake, you might be able to "jerry-rig" it but I'd just get the one made for an LS, you'll be much happier. The gsr intake manifold curves down, the ls curves up so it won't directly bolt-up.
GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN!
