I got a DA and im gonna lower it but i wanna lower it to a limit where it wont scrape nothing under the car goin down dips and speed bumps whats that limit anyoen have a pic of how it looks ? I wish i can slam it but ill be scraping that thing 24-7, what are good shocks also something smooth

 

with a 3 inch drop i didnt scrap on many speed bumps and could make it up inclines like driveways fine, just had to angle it like a mad man

 

It depends on where you gonna go. I would say about 2 inch at most. I am local too, and around Irvine you are less likely to scrape, since the humps and bumps at the shooping center entrances are so gentle. After you leave irvine you will pretty much touch every single irregularities on the road, and you will have to be really cautious. A lip will only add to the ordeal.

I have 1 inch drop all around with a lip in front, still scrape once in a while, but at least i am not dinging the header or resonator.

Ah I love Irvine... I used to rent there while I was in school, maybe I'll get rich enough to buy a house there someday. Every road is soooo freaking smooth and the speed limits are like 50, 55... So many excuses to redline!

haha true, also its open you can easily spot out a cop, and them cops when they pull u over for not wearing a seatbelt 12 of them come haha, must love this city hehe
