Icon6 Lower tie rod fail

so im sure my axle broke, my wheel is slanted and i think its the lower tie rod that is sticking through the bottom of my rim...can anyone estimate the price for the parts that would be needed for just one side? is it an easy diy fix?

any responses would be appreciated...

FYI, the integra/ civic chassis does not have a lower tie rod; only an inner and an outer. I would guess that if it is your tie rod, it is the outer. It could be an easy fix, but an alignment is needed afterward, and if it is sticking through your wheel, I would guess that maybe something else is wrong. Do you have any pics of the damage?
