Loud Noises

I just installed cold air intake on my 99 GS and it's got this loud whistle to it.Did I install it wrong or is that normal?

Nope thats perfectly normal. Its supposed to have a kind of wooshing sound.

there is a woosh from the intake, but also a whistle at certain rpms...completely normal.
