Lost wheel lock key....need help!
My friend lost his only wheel lock key which he got from the previous owner. He can't get in contact with the previous owner and cant take off the wheels.
Please suggest me some wheel lock companies and their websites if possible.
The lug nut has seven grooves evenly spaced apart except two which are closer together.

[edit] I guess I didn't read the original post as carefully as I should have but I'm leaving this post in case somebody does a search in the future.
If they are the stock wheel locks there is a master set that some dealerships have. You'll have to call around to find one, and usually talk to the service department manager because most people deny that they exist. I have seen one. The dealership pulled my old ones off and gave me a new set with key. There are like 10 different keys that are color coded.
Or you could do the other stuff people are talking about in the dozen other threads that have been posted. Like sandpaper in a lugwrench, hammer a socket on...

And, I couldn't bare to ruin a perfectly good socket.
Acura dealership had my car back to me in 20 minutes of sitting in the wait room.
Thanx for all the replies. The thing with my friend's rim is that the lug nuts are in narrow, deep holes.
Does sandpaper in lugwrench mean, you put sandpaper around the lugwrench, then just force it in and try and turn it?

I'd still give the dealer a shot first and save yourself the headaches, I stripped my key and the dealer took them off for free I just had to buy a new set.

Local auto-repair shop should have a set of universal master wheel lock key removal composing of a few pieces. These few pieces can remove most wheel locks. I have seen this set for sale once also on ebay.
That's exactly what it means. Only purpose they serve is to get more money out of you. First thing I do with any new car is take off the locking nuts and put regular ones on. Anyone that wants to steal your wheels is gonna have the means to do it locks or no locks. I only wish I was the one that invented locking nuts and sold them to all the auto manufacturers... imagine holding all the templates and being the only person who could replace lost/broken keys...
