Losing control..

My friend has an Integra LS 1995. He took a pretty hard turn and something sounded like it was rubbing against the wheel for about 2 hours or so. Then he put a type r strut bar on it. He was driving kind of quick and slowed way down at a turn and accelerated into it but only hit like 35-40mph, lost control and did a 360. He took it to a parking lot to see if something was wrong. Sure enough whenever he takes a sharp turn(even at a low speed) the car just spins out. When he turns it makes a clicking noise. It sounds like it's coming from the back right wheel. We're thinking it's a wheel bearing and it's locking the back right wheel up and the strut is stiffening the front up hence losing control and the back sliding.. The front tires are also alittle bigger. We're sure that the clicking is not c/v joint though. Anyone have any clue to what is wrong?
