A little PCV help.

Can anyone help me locate my PCV Valve on my 00 GSR please? Looking to replace mine and not sure how to. I've searched for write ups.

I don’t know of any write ups, but it is located under the intake manifold. It is kind of hard to get to, but you can just pull it out of the PCV box and replace it.

Oh it plugs into the black box? I thought it plugged into the block...

I guess that I am not 100% sure about a 2000 gsr, but that is where it is on my 95 gsr. It is a small plastic piece in the shape of a 90 degree bend.

So just take off that single hose and pull it out of the box? Seems simple...

Yes. The only hard part is getting your hand and pliers under the intake manifold. It is a tight fit.

ya it is pretty simple but jus b careful not to break the pcv valve.. i have broke mine before when i was puttin my motor back together
