Anyone know just how much of a 2DR 95 teg you can make out of CF using only publicly sold parts? ANyone have any handy links concerning this? I'd appreciate any info.

 

Hehe, Imma Jump on the band wagon and say, Do a search. but I was looking, so far i have found hood, front fenders, rear hatch, sunroof plug, (interior u can do a roof liner, ****, etc) Spoiler, front lip, I haven't looked for the bumper. Try seibon, and just use google to search for 94-01 integra CF and dc2 CF.

 

just about every body panel except the rear quarters, those are the only ones i havent seen, you can also get carbon vinyl seats if you wanna be real extreme

 

I'm trying to look at this from a weight reduction point or view, so I'm just mostly interested in the replacement body panels....I've also heard that no makes a non-glass replacement for the front windshield, is this true? And can you get lighter doors at all, or can you onlt replace the glass

 

whats the point of c/f fenders? isnt it just metal overlayed with carbon fiber? so wouldn't that be heavier? excuse my ignorance if this is not the case.

 

I am pretty sure you cna get true, all CF fenders, oh yea, I have seen the doors. As far as weight reduction, this method would be STUPID expensive, and if u get hit or wreck, your insurance is gonna shaft you. If you are building an all autoX or drag car, I don't think it is that necessary. I would get the hood, maybe fenders, and the rear hatch, and be done w/ it.
