Lights question ???
Just bought a 93 db1 4 door integra from the original owner older guy, it's bone stock unmolested, when I turn on the highbeams it doesn't not cut my fogs off but if the highbeams are on and the fogs off, the button won't allow them to turn on with highbeams....is there a relay that shuts them off I'm pretty stumped
Thanks in advance for any help

I'm saying it won't cut the fogs off when you switch over to highbeams....but if you have the fogs off then switch to highbeams then you are unable to turn the fogs on

Well they should turn off when you switch on the high beams so for some reason yours are not turning off when engaging high beams. Mine shut off when I switch on the highs. Maybe something wrong with you headlight switch, but if your lights work I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Sounds like your fog-light relay is sticking closed.
Here's how the system works...
The fog light switch on this vehicle is only given power when the headlamp switch is in the LO-beam position; there is no power to the fog-light switch under the HI or OFF settings.
When the headlamps are ON in LO-beam mode AND the fog-light switch is ON, then the fog-light relay is pulled closed and the fog-lights are ON.
If the headlamps are turned OFF or switched to HI, then the fog-light relay loses power and ought to pop open. There is a federal regulation that forces automakers to install auxiliary-lights that illuminate ONLY when the low-beams are on.
The fog-light relay is at the very top right corner of the under-dash fuse box. Opening and closing of the relay will correspond to tactile clicks from the relay as the headlamp and fog-light switches are manipulated.
With a wiring diagram in front of me I was able to figure this out in about two minutes.
