1995 Integra SE LS 5spd.
I got the car and it was previously wrecked. We put a front end on it, and got everything lined up. Go to put the bulbs in the headlights and ALL 4 come on when you put them on low beam. BUT only the passenger outter is at full brightness. I thought it was just the bulbs since they were old and used, so i got a new one for the drivers side. I put it in and the same thing. I do NOT have front turn signals hooked up right now because the wires were cut and I need the clips. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks guys!

It's very possible that either some wires are crossing and making contact somewhere, or that a switch is messed up somewhere. Double check all of the wiring with a Helms or Haynes manual, and then make sure the switches are good.
