Default Lighting problem

Ever since i got my car the passenger jdm side marker never worked and the turn signals stay on but never blink. Yesterday the passenger turn signal just stopped working. I have no experience in wiring and i dont want to mess anything up. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Ok, I got the turn signal and the side marker to work. Now I just need to know how to make the turn signals to blink. As of right now they just stay on and don't blink when i use it.

Now I'm not too fresh on electrical either, but have you tried changing all of the bulbs? There needs to be a certain resistance in the system. Also, the signal can, the thing you hear tick may be going. I'm not sure where it's located under the dash, a HELMS manual should help out, but that will be a fairly easy and cheap think to pickup and test.

Yes, I have change the bulbs and they all light up perfect. Now I just need to fix the turn signals so that it blinks and not just stay on. I dont have a helms manual.

sounds like you need to replace the flasher. It's just a small relay-type unit somewhere under the dash (not sure where)... AutoZone should have a replacement.
