Default lbs. of torque on head studs

Putting bacv together an ls head gasket but not sure on the lbs. of torque the head bolts require?

According to the Helms 98+ service manual for the B18B1, you have to torque down the head in 2 stages. First to 22 LBft, tightening the center bolts(between cylinders 2 and 3) then working outward. Then repeat torquing sequence to 63 LBft.
