i took my b18c1 out to have it rebuilt, and I was just feeling everything, and everything was perfect. There was on bearing, though, that was scored. I rebuilt it so that I could install some new stuff without having to worry about rebuilding it later. But yeah, overall, the engine was in almost perfect condition @ 125k miles. It did leak/burn oil, but those were just seal issues (cam seal, valve seals).
That is a loaded questions... Integras will last a LONG time if properly maintained.
There are too many variables to consider when tryin to figure out how long they will last, a granny driving a teg that never goes over 4k and is maintained at the dealer is likely to last well over 200k while a driven hard and put away wet Type R would be lucky to see 20k out of the motor. Suspension components are another thing to consider shocks and springs are obvious bushings are not... (hint that is why people sell 5 lug conversions) Just think you get what you put into it, the way you maintain a car goes a long way in the predicatabilty of the life of the car. Shop wisely!
