ok so i have a 99 ls teg
i have built the head very nice but im stuck on the bottem end and on wat to do
i was thinking stroker kit but wasnt sure how well that performed and or if it last....
maybe turbo but also wasnt sure how to build the bottem end im hoping u guys can help
my head is a 95 gsr with port polishing milled stage 2 cams from skunk 2 and also vlave train all upgraded

and should i keep the ls block b.c of the more displacment...

no one can really TELL you what to do with the block, there is 100 options out there, and tons of brands. And it heavily depends on the amount of money you want to spend and even more importantly, WHO IS BUILDING IT haha.

But if you want to hear what I did lol....keep in mind this is a ITR block w/ 87 mm stock stroke, so I dropped in a LS crank for 89mm..

Darton Sleeves 84mm bore x 89 mm stroke
ERL MID kit
9:1 CP Pistons
Manley Rods
Ferrera Valve Train w/ TI retainers, bronze valve guides (Head work)
LS Crank
O-ringed cylinders


This can handle 1000 whp give or take...its pretty bullet proof. You probably won't go as extreme. I think that all cost me around $5,500
