keep getting CEL code p 0420.....HELP!!!

anyone have any suggestions where to start in researching the problem......i keep throwing a CEL light after swaping my engine in my 97 honda civic........

Your catalytic converter is probably old and clogged. See whats up in there. Otherwise, your O2 sensor could be screwed up.
