Default JDM or USDM replacement?

I have a B16 from a 92-93 Integra XSi. My fast idle valve is shot and I need a new one. Problem is I don't know which one to get. I've already made the mistake of buying one for a 93 Integra LS. It's the wrong part. It mouts underneath the TB like mine but the bolt hole pattern is opposite mine. Plus it has a line in and out for coolant, mine only has one. I would like to know what the equivalent would be so I could buy this part, if any. My buddy gave me a used one from an H22 because it looks exactly the same as mine. However, I'd like to have the part brand new. And I already know they can be fixed, but I'm not interested in that unless it is the only option. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Get one from a 92-93 GSR.

No, the 92-93 GSR's FITV mounts to the intake manifold, not the throttle body.
