Default JDM Problem need help!!!!

Hey guys just bought a new 95 LS. My problem is it has the jdm guage cluster the one of course with the yellow needles and today when i brought it home it was reading 70mph when i was doing 65 also i noticed that the temp. needle was pinned on hot the second i started it to when i got it home. I don't know if theres any wireing issues when you install it or what, so any help or advice would be great or maybe even a diagram, thanks in advance!

sounds like someone was messing w/ the needles and misaligned them. Also JDM clusters should read in Kilometers not mph. maybe the previous owner swapped in jdm needles? or painted his needles yellow? i don't know, but it seems more likely a problem w/ the alignment of the needles than a wiring problem. im not sure how to fix it sorry.

I thought it should be in klm. too but it isn't but i do know it's not fake because the temp and fuel guages have the dashes instead of the little dots

sounds like its a us itr cluster, either the cluster it self may be bad or the needles have been messed with and are not aligned
