Are you talking about the plastic "insert" that clips into the fender so a screw can be screwed into it?
If so, the dealer would be the easiest or a body shop supply store. 94

I assume your talking about the two white clips on each side of the fender that connects to the bumper. I would try your local acura dealer. I think they are the same with jdm bumpers. its worth a try.
Doesnt matter if its a jdm front end. Still has the same bumper clips
