Ok so my jdm front is wired to where on the 1st click everything, but the headlights are on (That means the fog lights, city lights, and side markers are on) and the 2nd click is when the headlights come on.

Now my problem its on the first click 24/7, even on the off postion or 2nd click postion

No fuses are blown (looked under hood and under steering wheel)

Only thing that was perviously wrong was, there was a bit of resist when moving it from "off" to the 1st or 2nd click

My question is What do u think is wrong and how could I go about fixing it?

could be a bad stock? think thats what they call it. the stick coming out of the column where you "click" it to settings one or two. see if you can remove it and look for any noticeable damage. or try to swap out with a friend to verify.
