Most Likely, I cant say for sure. But my guess is you need them because those parts are designed to work with eachother. So coming from an engineering design standpoint, the parts probably help eachther deal with stresses and forces that are undergone during driving.

Dont go cheap on your ride, youll regret it.

Yes you need them.

The bumper extension and bumper support are what holds up your bumper. Without those parts, the only support for your bumper would be from the fenders. Your bumper would just sag in the middle without those supports.

I just bought a jdm front as well and i have the radiator support and bumper support, but no reinforcement. I dont think you need the reinforcement, I'm assuming its like the usdm one, which is mostly just a safety thing, but unnecessary cosmetically. Anyone know for sure?

not true, you need all of the parts from the jdm car, bumper support and reinforcement. You will not be able to install your front bumper without these parts.

you need every bar/reinforcement because they hold up the bumper and the middle piece that goes inbetween the headlights

there are two bars in the fron the BUMPER REINFORCEMENT BAR and the BUMBER SUPPORT BAR......the bumber supprt holds up the bumber =REQUIRED....the bumber reinforcement bar i actually took off for weight reduction.....i dont crash my cars yall know professional driver......i choose not to have that on there.......its your choice to take the bumper reinforcement bar off or on.....safety perspective is ideal......for street cutting corners on wieght and smoking s2000's all day on all motor b20zTEC......=priceless...

you can use the usdm bumper support but you will need to cut and modified it in order to fit.
