Default JDM conversion....

hey guys, does any of you have the jdm conversion on your integra? If so, is there any other way to put on the radiator support rather than welding? Thanks.

also...$2000 for oem conversion, is it a good buy?

You could rivit it in. Thats what my uncle cooter says anyway.
$2000 seems pretty good. Or find some dude overseas to trade you their front end for yours. They love USDM.

that would be tight if someone set up a message board or something for people in Japan and people over here to trade parts

friend of mine gots it done, car looks nice. he had to get it welded, safest way, what if you get into a front end collision? I've been tryin to hook up the lights for him, it sucks, still not done yet.

$2000 seems ok

I have it done on my car... don't go half assed... Number one reason is because the radiator support is a SUB-FRAME to your car... you need it welded it on there. And you can get a cheaper deal than two thousand dollars from iC Roger... that's the guy that I bought it from... IM him and he'll hook u up... just tell him that Scott (integobsession) sent you... If you need a hook-up on the radiator install I know of a place for 250... other places wanted from 600-1200 on the install. My roommate did the lights for my car... it took us less than 30 minutes and we were taking our time doing things right!

That's a great price if it's OEM sheetmetal. I would say get a bodyshop to weld on the radiator support, then get it installed yourself. Not hard at all considering it bolts right up.

2000 is a great price... dam northern bay area shops rip you off... there selling it to me for 3,000 OEM... welding is prolly the safest way to go... don't want nothing to go wrong now
