Its a wiring problem!!!
EUREKA!!!
I have finally pinpointed the problem with my car. After going over EVERY little thing that could have gone wrong, (re-labeled tranny, vtec not working, etc) it turns out that it IS the intake manifold after all. I opened up the helms manual and did all the tests that it said to do on page 11-124 and heres how it goes...
At idle, I get vaccuum on hose 13, and heres the problem, at 6k i STILL get vaccuum and after unplugging the connector on the IAB control solenoid valve, the vaccuum stops. So the next thing left to do is "check for continuity to ground on the PNK/BLU wire" but I dont know how to do that?
Could someone explain that to me?
