Installed a S2 manifold a while back and finally got an ITr throttlebody and cable. Having trouble getting the cable to fit correctly. It seems about an inch too long. any ideas? can someone post a picture of a proper setup?

Hey bro, where did you get the ITR throttle cable from and how much?

 

The Type-r throttle cable is $16 and change at the dealer.

 

you sure you got the correct part #17190-ST7-R01

 

Assuming that you have the bracket, the throttle cable, the itr throttle body and s2 intake manifold ...

I installed the bracket on the manifold backwards leaving just about 1 inch too short. Flip it the other way and you get back that inch when you set the locknut down. Maybe you did the same thing I did the first time.
