ITR Speedometer.

ITR Speedometer.
if i have an 94-01 integra, could i change the speedometer with an itr one? i heard its illegal from some people. installing it, what happens to the whole milage on the chasis? does it start over or what? thanks..

You can change the whole cluster, its just 2 screws and 3 bolts, wheather its illegal or not i don't know, i can't picture a cop asking to see you're cluster if they were to pull you over. And the mileage will just pile on top of the mileage on the itr cluster.
