Default ITR muffler

My friend is going to sell me his 98 Integra Type-R muffler. I have a 97 integra LS sedan. I know the diameters of the piping are slightly different so. .

Would it be possible to bolt it on?
How hard would it be?
And would it sound okay?

And lastly take a look at the muffler is it a real ITR? or is it a fake? Looks like a gsr. Because the tip isn't welded on. Or am I wrong.

You're input would help a lot. Thanks for your time and energy.

Even if that was given to me I wouldn't use it. Keep your stock stuff. Go put a real exhaust on it. And don't pay for that hunk a junk.

1. It will bolt on but the tip wont stick out
2. Its easy 30 minutes tops
3. sounds stock
4. tip is not welded. Looks like a gsr muffler

There millions of campanys that sell millions of exhaust tips. You shouldn't have trouble finding a reasonably close facsimile.
