ITR header on a LS????

ITR header on a LS????
Will an ITR header fit on a LS? And is useful?? ie: Is it the same as buying a DC sports one or something along that line. Any suggestions or help is much appreciated.

jdm itr, or usdm itr? both will fit, the jdm i know will give you some gains, though you have to deal with the 2.5inch colector issue, as for the usdm gains im not sure
