i would drill holes and use bolts and jus tighten it on cause if there is any gaps or not fitting well you can jus looses the bolts and help shape how you want it. if you weld its jus gonna be how it is lol you can change any small inperfections. just my 2 cents. ive never done one or read how to do it, im just using common sense. and i have heard of alot of people jus bolting it on so thats why im thinking the reason behind it.

Don't just bolt the radiator support on... Sh*t is going to move. Do some research man, there is plenty of information on this.

No welding is a horrible idea. First time a tow truck hooks up the the tow hooks it will bend the hell out of your clip. Plus if you ever do get in a wreck it wont hold up well

definitely need to weld, its not the hardest thing to do but you definitely need experience in making sure everything is squared away and welding it. also you need to cut around the inside the frame to fit the headlights. Everything else is pretty easy hood, fenders all bolt up. One more thing you need to get is a 90-93 integra hood latch and cable because the stock Integra cable isn't long enough and the hood latch release is facing the wrong way. But in my opinion get a professional body shop to at least install the rad support

Welding is a must. Almost 100 spot welds must be drilled out to remove old rad support, and they must be re welded for structural strength. Best have a body shop do it if you have no welding equiptment or knowledge.
Also from my experience, most used jdm front clips are bent some, simply because they come off totalled cars. Mine required some heating with a torch and some finess with a body hammer to get it straight. But once that was done it almost fell into place, and I had to weld in all the holes from the spot welds.
Check the for sale post in my sig for my car, the hood/ fender gaps are almost perfect after my jdm front.

This is the proper way to go about it, but if you are on a budget and can't afford a shop to do the work, go the simpler route. Just use the T-Bar approach, no real modifications to the stock radiator support, just the top half. You can either bolt it up or weld it when you do have the cash, it is really simple to do. I did mine last summer and only took about a day to put everything together. There is a thread on here that I followed word for word. https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-acura-28/jdm-dc2-integra-conversion-official-how-instructions-mod-reid-approved-1346217/
