I swapped out my stock LS cluster to a JDM ITR cluster and everything works but when I turn the car on the speedo moves up to 50kph. It acts as if 50kph is 0. All wire look good, nice and secured. I have tried a new VSS still doing the same. My stock cluster was fine but when i put it back on, its acting the same way. What can be causing this?

 

swap the back circuit board.

 

Also, it's possible someone removed the needle and put it back on thinking they could get it back to the original spot. If that's the case, probably need it professionally calibrated.

 

Damn....that would suck.
