Default ITB's on LS VTEC

i was woundering what kind of gains you get from itb's on a ls vtec, and does anyone have step by step procedures on how to make your own itb's.

i think one of the Honda Tuning magazines (about 3 issues ago) did ITB's on a D16. but the procedures should be similar.
