Hey folks. Just signed up and figured I'd introduce myself. I seen a good deal on an LS/VTEC, and after checking it out, I bought it yesterday. So far I couldn't be happier, but I'm babying it at the moment due to an article that talks about why LS/VTEC are a bad idea(so I'm not really too sure what all she's capable of yet.)

It's a 1994 4 door. The owner didn't know too much about it, therefore I don't know too much about it. Here's what I do know:

• It has a b18b block, stock internals.
• It has a GSR head, stock internals.
• it has a "BBK Single Stage SSI Induction" intake manifold
• generic air intake
• 4-2-1 headers, no cat (unless it's a high flow cat about the same size as the pipe with a hollow sound when you knock on it, I can't really tell), borla muffler.
• It has a b16 transmission (off a 1999 civic SI).
• Chipped P06 with p28 vtec conversion.

I may be new to this forum, but I have plenty of experience in the automotive forums; I'm aware of the etiquette and the general rules. Although a total no0b to this car, I'll try not to bug you all with my questions.

Welcome to the forum and I'm glad we have another member that is actually educated and can type! I have an LS/vtec myself but on boost.

Good motors but they MUST be built correctly; most are not thus the unreliable talks.
