Default Internal engine work

I drive a 1995 LS sedan non vtec integra.
The only performance upgrades i have right now are an AEM CAI, SR*S exhaust system, and new tires.
I was looking to do some internal engine work to increase horsepower and performance.
Should i change out the piston heads, valves, camshafts, etc?
Need help on this one.

Open to all suggestions
Thanks

all off those are good options when tryin to increase more horsepower...your best bet is to research the hell out of this site decide what options you want to go with cause with hondas it seems like theres millions, and i would see if you can find a spare engine maybe that way you can take your time learn a little and your car wont be down..
good luck bro

yea, research everything and weigh your options and decide for yourself what you wanna do.. there are 1000 different things you can do to increase horsepower or performance in general whatever that may be.. all of us tend to this when were young and we first sign up for honda-tech... well ill be man enough to admit it.. i did it.. we ask way to vague of questions and want people to do all the work for us... when half of the fun is researching and learning everything there is to learn and figuring out what you like best about what different type of set ups you can do and of course itll depend on how much you wanna spend and your own personal preferences.

im not trying to discourage you.... im actually trying to do the opposite... it took me a while but eventually i just started googling everything and searching everything on h-t.. and its gonna sound cheesy but knowledge is power even when it comes to modifying cars... lol.. gawd that was gay.. good luck tho..

You need to think about a few things before jumping headfirst into a project.

1. What do you plan to use the car for? Is it a daily driver? Weekend only? Track car? Etc...
2. How much are you actually willing to spend on your project? And be realistic...
3. How much power are you hoping to make?
4. What is your level of mechanical ability? Many people are over-confident in their abilities to do the required work necessary to meet their goals.

After you do a little self-searching, it's time to research your best course of action. I had the same problem a few years back. After thinking it over, i decided that a turbo setup was my best option. I researched parts, setups, realistic goals, etc for over a year before moving forward on my project. I suggest doing the same before you end up half way through a project and hit a large snag. This is what kills a lot of setups...Know what you're getting into ahead of time.
