My integra will intermittently not start. It just keeps trying to start but won't. Almost like it is out of gas. Then randomly it will start. A mechanic told me it was a relay of some sort. Would anyone know what the relay is called and where it can be found?

i just got over the same problem. its common for the distributors to go out on these cars, if you had to wait a few min. before it would start again there is a good chance its your distributor. but check for fuel pressure and spark before changing it.
