Interior question.
I just put gs-r seats in my 91 GS and the sits are a bit darker and don't match that upholestry on the side panels on the door and in the backseat, i'm going to rip off the upholstrey on the door, as it is just black under there; and i took the metal plate off of the rear panel where the carpeting is, but it has all these holes in it that clip it in, has anyone done this before, any good ideas for covering up those holes?
how much do you think it'd cost to get that re-upholstried with a black carpeting?

Chill man, DO NOT RIP OFF THE CARPET ON THE DOORS. Before you do anything, take it to an upholstrey shop and see how much they would charge to match it!!
the holes can be covered with JB weld.
carpets will be around $100 plus installation.
door panels will be another $300-400. just do it yourself. buy some vinyls and a heatgun.
or, if ur just replacing the carpet on the door panels, just buy some black suede and a heatgun plus some spray on adhesives.

Easy as that eh?
I don't think I'd try heating suede to make it more pliable.
Sounds like a possibility for a massive **** up and ruining of interior if you don't kow what you're doing!
