who would convert their ls/rs/gsr to a type-r?

it would be cheaper to just go out and buy an r

but it still won't really be an R, no matter how many R parts you have on it.

I just want the JDM front end...headlights,hood, fenders, bumper...no way that would cost as much as a TYPE R

just to give you an idea.....i looked up the insurance rates for myself on an ITR, and keeping all my limits the same (i have full coverage), it would cost me $40 more a year to trade from my LS to the ITR. now $40 isn't worth me putting a ton of time and money into an RS/LS/SE/GSR to make it a wannabe ITR.

well if EVERY SINGLE part was converted to a type r part...and items were removed [ex: sound deadening tar and moonroof] would it still not be a type r?
