Integra tick
I have a 95 integra Ls with a tick. I don’t know if it’s from not being in time or just a lifter tick. I bought the car and was told it had rod knock. After I got it home and had a buddy look at it he said it was a bent valve. I got a full head and valve job done by a local engine shop. After I got the engine put back together the car still had the same tick. So I don’t know if I didn’t do the valve lash right, didn’t get it properly timed, or if it’s just the engine being fucked. I’d appreciate any help I can get.
Rod knock is going to be located in the lower half of the engine or the "short block" the rod bearing failed. You will need to rebuild the bottom end not the top end.
And that's 100% rod knock from the video you posted.

You can find a B20B bottom end or full swap for dirt cheap and convert all the parts from the LS to the new engine. Will need a little work but it's been done a 100X's I personally loved my Integra that had a bone stock B20 replacement! felt so much better!
