Integra supercharger conversion
When I finally pruchase my 90-93 model integra, I'll consider purchasing a salvaged supercharger to install in it. I know that I'll have to make some modifications, but I'd like to find out which blower would fit the best. I was thinking more along the lines of a ford t-bird super coupe's blower or a murcury couger XR7 blower. Does in anyone know how I should approach this project and what would be the best blower to choose?

hold up, none of those superchargers will just bolt on. you need a supercharger designed and built for your engine. check out jackson racing and vortech, but I'd recommend looking into a turbo kit personally.

my friend made brackets for the t bird supercharger.it works good.beat a lot of guys after that one..the only thing you need to do to control the boost a little better is run an external wastegate on the intake manifold

well thats what my friend said he ffound when he did research..im guessing off the manifold that the charger is on.but I only saw it once.it was mounted in the front by where the ac compressor would be.idk hard to explain how he did it but i seen it in action....the charger runs 16psi of boost and if you dont do the wastegate you'll find yourself adjusting the throttle as a boost controller.kinda ghetto but i've seen it work.

maybe for a legend or something, i saw the article in honda tuner but it wouldnt work for a DA. i'd just goto the classifieds and search and see if anyone is selling one, if you buy only the charger you can order all the other parts for jackson racing directly. as for any other information stated here
