I was wondering what they looked like, I just bought a piar off ebay and needed to make sure the bottom of the strut was the correct one. Does it look like this photo:

or this one:

Basically does it have the bearing or is it a fork? Thanks.

OK ****!!! Umm Well how much do you think that the bottoms will be to replace? And are coilover bottom sleeves interchangable with other companies? If so please send link.

A lot of people on ebay don't use the actual pics of the item you're getting, just a pic of some random suspension that they use on all of their auctions in order to save time. Check the details with the seller.

bottom forks? only the front requires the bottom forks and those should unbolt from your stock suspension...
the rear has it's own built in forks which the rear lower arm goes in between.

Well I may have been a little dishonest. I asked to see what the bottom of the stut looks like when in fact Its a full setup coilover. Should I swap for the ITR suspension or just go and buy the forks? Sorry for the confusion. At first I just wanted to see what they looked like and now I need to know how I can fix the problem.

if you got the ITR coilovers for your GSR, you require rear itr lca's... that's it..
if you got the GSR coilovers, it's literally a direct bolt on.
in both cases, you reuse your front stock forks and brake line brackets

I have a set of ITR LCA's that I'm looking to sell.
The only problem is that one bolt is still stuck and its holding the shock in place. You can probably just drill it out or torch it out. Oh yeah and they could use a coat of paint. The guy I got them from started sanding them down for paint.
PM me if you're interested

Just get ITR LCA's. It'll be alot less hassle I think than trying to swap out the 2 rear coilovers w/ a different kind, especially considering it was an eBay transaction.

thanks for all the advice. I will be purchasing them soon. Also, can I reuse my bolts from my stock rear lca setup on the itr lca's? Basically Im asking if the bolt that holds the shock in place is reusable?
