What is a safe rev limit for a b18c1 w/ civic type r cams, springs, and retainers, and unorthodox cam pulleys. I plan on going hondata so I would like to know ahead of time.

You better get it dyno tuned first to see if those add-ons are making power past the stock rev limit. With stock cams, and possibly even CTR cams (not sure though), the power drops off several hundred RPM before rev limit, so revving higher would be pointless. You gotta get on a dyno to find out for sure, though. If the power peaks before rev limit and then starts to drop, no point in revving higher. If the power peaks right at the rev limit, then you could possibly benefit from revving a little bit past the stock rev limit once you get that Hondata on.
