I have a 94 itegra that i have just put a new engine in. I got the car to start the other day and running but now it won't start anymore. Whats happening is that when i put the key in the ignition the parking light and the D4 light up on the dash. The car won't turn over at all. The fuel pump will actuate when you try to start it but it just won't turn over anymore. It has a new starter but just won't turn over i'm thinking its a transmission problem. Can anyone help?

What about the battery?

 

if d4 is on then that means the car is in drive correct?? it must be in park for the car to start.

 

New battery... Its in park with the park light on and the d4 light on. After putting the key in the ignition 5 seconds later the d4 light goes off.
