Default Integra LS subframe?

Are the Integra subframes any more stronger than say a Civic's? I've got a Type-R sway bar on my Civic but I'm thinking of slapping it onto the Integra with a BSQ kit but I'm still concerned about subframe tear-out.

If you have the kit, you dont really have to worry about tear out.
