Default integra engine vibration

having a lot of vibration in my integra
stock motor stock engine mounts with boltons
I got the usual symptoms

1 when I take off the light I get the throttle bounce bowwowow
2 when ac is on my steering wheel "shakes violently"
3 it is starting to shake at idle even without ac on
4 I tried to put hasport mounts in it from my other car and it vibrates very bad. I took them out after a month its impossible to daily
the other car has no problem with same exact same mounts

the mounts are good I just replaced them
I also tried urethane filled stock mounts and didn't help.

Remove belt from A/C compressor and try it, something is way out of balance I am guessing it may be the compressor clutch assembly as it changes when A/C is on or off. 94

Evan with A/C off the A/C compressor clutch assembly is spinning, pull the belt, it is a cheap easy DIY way to confirm or eliminate the compressor as the problem, when diagnosing a problem, you have to start someplace.

You would then do the same with the alt. and power steering pump, [one at a time] to confirm or eliminate them as the problem

Also check the harmonic balancer, [crankshaft pulley] it may have "spun" outside rubber dampener may have separated from outside pulley or inside crankshaft mounting part, not a common problem but it happens and would start as a small vibration and get worse, you can see a problem with the crankshaft pulley by looking at it with the engine running, [most of the time] it will "wobble"

What year is your Integra ??? 94

its a 2000 gsr
owned it for 2 years it just started happening.
but the bouncy motor was there all the time.

can the engine bounce be related to blown out suspension bushings?

Check your crank pulley. It has a rubber damper. When the damper gets worn out the outer pulley can slip causing the alternator to get a weak charge. I'd also check ignition timing.

Ok now im trying to figure out which would be more effective

urethane filled engine mounts with stock torque mounts or urethane filled torque mounts with stock engine mounts

I already tried all 3 motor mounts urethane filled with stock torque mounts and didnt like the amount of vibration
and i dont want to waste money on filling torque mounts if the result is the same amount of vibration at idle without improvement in engine rocking back and forth when i drop the clutch

I have poly inserts in the front and rear mounts on mine, stock side mount and transmission mount. I have literally 0 engine rock, but when I shift 1st to 2nd, it's often a hard shift unless I have the rpms up above 3-4k.
